It's not Software Bolshevism if people do it voluntarily. It's an alternative option in a world where the "official" narrative is forced on us more than ever now. Do you ONLY want everything to be copyrighted? Do you have other alternative solutions?

What do you consider copyright licenses?

Copylefts and copyrights are useless without an army of lawyers.

Doesn't matter what they look like, or their heritage. The ideas matter.

I agree that it's a terrible and critical problem about who own GitHub, GitLab, etc etc etc - and how much MicroSoft, Google, etc are buying their way into all the "open-source" non-government organizations.

Don’t you see the parallels?

The power of the state being subverted to enforce “freedom” and “equity” rather than “evil” concepts such as property.

The sacred text that can only be properly interpreted in the original language.

The rules that specify every single aspect of interaction with the code and with the License.

The division it sets between the GPL, supreme over all, the intelligentsia class who submit to the GPL and the underclass of users who owe everything to their superiors.

Free Software is their Judeo-Christian and their Dictatorship of the proletariat.

Look into the names behind the licenses and projects.

The honor-based brother-bond licenses will have a kind of name behind them while the authoritarian entitlement-based relicensing-requiring ones will have another.

You can say it is their culture or being raised in a Kibbutz with Bernie Sanders if you want.
