That was my first thought: they're using quota which people play to get a better chance of being accepted. This happens on the basis of race as well.

Out of that 40% I wonder how many are actually gay and how many are "pan" or whatever other bs neo-gender they made up so they can be in that club? I think you should have to have actually had sex to make that determination.
