I recommend Nemesis (1992) and Mean Guns (1997); Omega Doom (1996) is worse but still worth a look. Don't watch Ticker (2001), it's very boring.

While some low-budget stuff is just plain awful, a lot of it is superior in writing and concept to big budget, Harvard scripted, PC garbage put out. Some of my favorite movies (Pearls Before Swine, Danger Diabolik) were budget pieces made by foreigners.
