Interesting. I'm curious as to how this works... Either with monero ocean or this system... You mine ETH and get paid in XMR? So if I mine 0.2 ETH worth approximately $560, I get paid roughly 3 XMR worth about 560?

Correct. You mine the top payout coins of your choice, and receive the coins of your choice as your payout. You can get paid out in any coin of your choice on their main page, even silly trending coins. Though I believe the code above will only work for XMR to reduce mining fees, and you will need to find different codes for other payouts.
