I was an avid reader after the overturn of roe v wade because I wanted to keep an eye on woman's perspective and I thought there would be lots of well articulated rage-ful arguments. It's just a bunch of women whining about men harassing them....Oh and the thing that got me to tune out was that a lot of the women kept saying things like ....and I know all you men are lurking here. They're playing their histrionics up for implicit male attention seems like to me....

Well, that's just it. It's not a place for getting any useful information. It's just a bunch of salty women who insist you get salty with them together to circlejerk over the same opinion, or gtfo. I don't think it's unreasonable to want a partner you know has recently been with other people to wear protection, even for oral sex... Though I have to tell you, you might as well skip it and do something else at that stage for me... But she constantly conflates him not wanting to wear a condom during Oral sex as him not wanting to wear a condom At All. I suspect she's framing it that way on purpose to make him seem even more unreasonable so that people will support her choice.

It was needless, makes her seem like she's trying to justify it in her own head and makes me instantly think of her as a manipulative liar, which then makes me question the Rest of the story, which wouldn't have happened if she just said: "I don't want to get herpes from a blow job, and I don't know who he might have screwed, so I wanted to be safe."

I don't really care if you support that or not, my point is, it's reasonable to not want to get a disease from someone you have sex with, it's not reasonable to paint that person as having demanded something they clearly didn't in order to make your demands seem more reasonable and make them out to be a villain. If her request was sound, it would have stood on it's own.
