This would be rape if a man did it to a woman. So it is rape when a woman does it to a man.

I don't see this as rape if the situations were reversed, making regrettable choices while drunk is on the drunk person in my book unless they're too drunk to participate. Even still, having been in that situation personally it was hardly traumatic rape -- I still got laid.
