Subscribers are huge these days. They want us all renting and owning nothing. They buy up the homes and the used cars. I just read people are paying over sticker on new cars without blinking. That was engineered.

Doesn’t airbnb own like half of San Francisco already? I heard the “weekend rental” apps are buying up a lot of real estate and renting it out

Not sure about AirBnB but Zillow was doing something like that, didn't work out well for them.
