I doubt it will actually be effective, though I'm participating anyway, because I operate on principal even if I don't expect it to work.

I don't care in terms of it's impact on Reddit, I do care in terms of getting anybody we can to start using alternatives. The main excuse so far is that alternatives are too dead.

well then let's fill 'em with the kind of quality, good, meaningful, productive, non-compromised stuff that's been difficult to create on reddit and other compromised platforms
