Is it like xfce?

No, I used to love XFCE for being fast and customizable, but I was getting too many weird bugs using widgets.
I swapped to Pantheon on Elementary, which is a very sleek and minimalistic design. Customization requires some extra packages and tinkering, but I truly believe it's one of the best DEs for workflow.
Honestly, try Ubuntu with Pantheon, Deepin or Budgie. They are all beautiful designs.
