These stats are completely made up, as we have seen in scientific research, but let's accept them for fun.
A sneeze produces 10,000 viruses. The mask stops a fraction of a full sneeze in the face. But 150 gets over and start infecting cells in the nose. They are able to infect 3 cells and reproduce x100. So now 300 are spreading in the nose. But instead of leaving your face, you recycle them into your nose. So now they can spread to 6 cells. And this doubles every time.
Without a mask you would not recycle the viruses that often and lose half of them by breathing out. The viruses do not double each cycle, but are going a bit slower, maybe 1.5 compared to 2.
This lower factor gives the immune system more time to react.
So it is better to install Arch Linux.
