Dumbest article I've read in a while. I have tattoos. Not only am I a veteran of the USN, but I also served as a Police Dispatcher and 911 Operator. Add to that I'm a single dad of three (I got the kids) and have never collected a dime in unemployment in my 57 years on the planet. Another example of cart before the horse. People get tattoos for all kinds of reasons, even being fucked up mentally. However, in every case, they were who they were and will be that same person after the tattoo. Maybe, just maybe, let's research those root causes instead of low-hanging fruit.
