Yes. See, for example, the Socialist Rifle Association. Firearms can be used by minorities to protect themselves from others, and can also be used to oppose a forced-capitalist government that forces people to participate in the big machine socialists call "capitalism" via many laws that require one to work for the owner class to make money.

Probably not, unless they are racist themselves and think that all white people are racist, which I doubt is the case.
