Buckwheat! Just pour some water and it will be ready on its own after few minutes. And then just add some canned fish in oil, and it is done. Tasty, nutritious and healthy.

And I can eat buckweat whole day every day! Sadly I can't be lazy every day and need to follow specific diet because of body dysfunctions.
