I certainly remember at the beginning of the war Biden said to Russia that they shouldn't invade but he wouldn't do anything if they did.

So they did.

Say what you want about Trump but his need to always appear as the tough guy means he wouldn't have made a mistake like that which is why this happened under Biden and not Trump or even Obama.

As for Obama, in 2014, he said he was not invading because Ukraine was of interest to Russia, but not to the US. However, after Russia invaded and Biden armed Ukraine, Obama said he hadn't invaded in 2014 only because he couldn't get any support from other nations. Typical Obama. His view of past facts keeps "evolving."
