landlords are part of the problem,

most landlords are average joes, they just save up %5, get a bank loan, then purchase a home, rent it out, and put as little money as possible on maintenance and repairs,

then they repeat the process again and again,

the strategy of most landlords is "put as little money as possible on maintenance and repairs," then sell eventually , probably in 20 years or more for a big profit

thing is most dont make it to 20 years, unemployment.. recession, virus... but no one tells you this,

it's a culture of where rental properties is the only way to save up for retirement mentality,

the root of the problem is banking, but ya landlords are part of the problem

Bitcoin will fix the rental problem, where eventually the average joe is going to realized putting money into bitcoin is a better investment then rental properties
