Thanks for asking this, /u/Horrux . I am optimistic, but it's not easy to explain in words exactly why. Seems like the greater the effort to create such a world, the harder it will ultimately fall. Covid-19, for example, has the potential to wake people up to how much they are (unduly) influenced by corporate media.
