I feel so sorry for these women (girls?) who are being bullied into prioritizing their trans partners wants over their own needs. Validating girl dick takes precedence over literally everything else.

I interpreted it as 2 MtFs but it's hard to tell because these people intentionally hide basic facts. Do actual women have this condition? The description seems to match up with MtF "bottom surgery" and they will constantly use the incorrect word to describe things. Like MtF will claim to have a period if they bleed etc.

Yep vaginismus is definitely a thing. Like many female-specific conditions, one that is difficult to have diagnosed and treated. I don't think the partner would be so down on herself if she were a man. He'd probably be demanding a lot more empathy and crying about his 'dysphoria'. She doesn't have trans privilege, so she's expected to apologize for her stupid broken body.
