The charity that did the survey wrote their own blog post here, which details that '4% of lesbians have delayed coming out because being a lesbian is seen as ‘anti-trans’. This rises to 7% among lesbians aged 25 to 34.'

I wish there was some more detail about why exactly these young lesbians believe that being a lesbian is perceived as anti-trans, I pay a bit of attention to all the 'genital preferences,' transphobia in dating bullshit on Twitter and Reddit and I've never seen the idea that lesbianism is perceived as anti-trans. Maybe they're actually afraid of being bombarded by pushy trans 'lesbians' as soon as they come out, and painted as a transphobe when they turn them down?

I've seen "cis" lesbians being referred to as terfs or almost always terfs a decent amount of times, that might be why.
