So I recently hooked up with a friend of mine and it was both our first times, but I had a problem that i couldnt get hard for very long, I am on hrt since 3 months so I highly suspect that is the reason but I wanted to know If there are ways to make it last longer(the problem wasn't that I cum early either that I don't at all it just goes down after a few seconds without stimulation). Could not taking my medication for 2 days prior help or for example Viagra(if i can get it and it wouldn't interfere with my hrt).

This person is young enough to be hooking up with a friend and it's both of their first times, so I'm guessing their both in their late teens to mid 20s, yet they've also been on HRT for three months!? Why are Drs chemically and surgically altering the genitals of people before they've even gained enough experience to understand their own body sexually?! 18... Just became a legal adult this year! He is in the prime of his youth, at the very cusp of independence and adulthood and he's having to deal with erectile dysfunction, which usually shows up in men in middle age :( Because Drs wanted to sell him the lie that he could become a woman.

These young adults will never know a healthy and happy sexuality, they are being robbed of the opportunity to learn about themselves as sexual beings. All these butchers need to be behind bars or atleast permanently barred from medical practice for the rest of their days.
