I think us actual homosexuals need to clarify what the hell sexual orientation is. It’s not based on the degree of your sex drive. It’s not based on “gender presentation” or “gender identity” (which is a phrase I replace with gender roles in my head). Pronouns do not get me horny. It is based on sex.

Now these idiots think I’m attracted to chromosomes. That’s not what that means. Yes, I have found trans men attractive. I’ve also found extremely masculine women attractive. I’ve heard of lesbians thinking certain drag queens are hot. Does this mean our sexuality is fluid? Nope. As soon as I realize they’re biologically female then all my attraction goes away.

I can appreciate aesthetic beauty. I admire beautiful women. I’m not physically attracted to them. And I think this confusion with appreciating aesthetic beauty causes a lot of straight people to think they’re “queer” or whatever

Being attracted to men involves having attraction to our genitals, chromosomes and bodies. It’s attraction to both our primary and secondary sexual characteristics. I can appreciate a woman who is beautiful, and good looking women are aesthetically pleasing, just like good lucking men are aesthetically pleasing. But I’m still not attracted to women. In fact, I find that men with long hair can be good looking, but I’m not sexually attracted to men with long hair, but they do have the right parts otherwise.

And you’re on the mark that sexual orientation has got nothing to do with sex drive. Asexual and demisexual are not sexual orientations for this reason.
