In principle I'm not against reclaiming it, though I recognise that I probably only feel like that since, being semi-closeted and in my twenties, I've never experienced the word queer being used as a slur against me or anyone I know personally. I do hate it though. I see it as a word not for LGBTQ in general, but for members a specific worldview and movement that embraces all the nonbinary neopronoun 'exploring gender' weirdos. If someone called me queer, I'd cringe because I don't want to be connected to all of that, not because they had used an old slur.
