For fuck's sake, if anyone tells you it's offensive just say you reclaimed it. They want to reclaim Queer and Fa**ot (like literal WOMEN trying to reclaim that one LOL, I don't even like typing the fucking thing, these people are actually saying it out loud) so we're allowed to reclaim whatever the fuck we want. If they feel offended, fuck em.

That's a great idea. I never did that, in the past in these situations I argued that homosexual isn't offensive.

But your idea is probably better, I just need to say I reclaimed the word. And if they dislike it then they'll have to explain why I can't reclaim this word but they can reclaim faggot, queer, etc.

Just remember that you are not "reclaiming" the word homosexual; you are actually re-reclaiming it. Homosexual (and heterosexual for that matter) was coined by homosexual rights activist Karl-Maria Kertbeny in the 19th century. It is literally part of our history.
