Really. What kind of dewy-eyed simpleton, young or not, thinks that "2 months on T / pre-everything else" is the time to show up at a full-on gay sex party. I mean, seriously? A lot of gay men wouldn't want to go to such a party because of body image issues! These kind of parties are an acquired taste as it is and if you have issues with how you look (and gender dysphoria is probably the pinnacle of those), you better have the stomach to get rejected to your face or give them a wide berth otherwise. Even as a man!

Again, seriously? I just can't get over how naive these people are. 2 months on T? Testosterone may be a hell of a drug, but it's not miracle "manly man in 5 minutes"-juice. Whatever you are telling yourself, you look like a woman and you are running around bare-chested at a gay sex party. A party where gay men got together with the explicit intent to have sex with other men.

Honestly, it's fucking rude to show up there as a female born person, FTM or not. The fucking gall! This is the kind of stuff that peaked me. And the people there may not have been explicitly welcoming, but honestly, they should've shown her the door.

(This reminds me of that Dan Savage column where he ripped some straight person a new one who had complained that a female friend hadn't been allowed into a gay leather sex party.)
