one of the things the powers that shouldn't be are doing to us is inflicting constant change. destroying the old, replacing it with new crap. this is to keep us stripped of our values, traditions, disoriented and demoralized. it is much easier to rule over people that are left with nothing.

A people who have no shared myths to bind them together are easier to control, and easier to feed propaganda to.

Can't have religion, it's obsolete. Can't have patriotism, it's bigotry. All that's left are our stories, and we won't have them much longer.
