He got slapped down in court today! Won't be any masks mandated. He's got no power in this state!

Only he didn't. Had to change the wording a little bit on the order, but it's still going through. As it should.

It's all over the local news and nationwide news that a Scott county judge issued the restraining order making the governor's order invalid. Everyone from the courier journal to CNN reported it.

No worries. The judge deemed that the governor does not have the authority to issue such a broad order. He's gonna have to show cause for the emergency, show where the emergency is and prove that the emergency authority in that district has failed. In short he's gonna have to show his work and prove he's not bullshitting

It didn't stop anything. It stopped very specifically the executive order but the emergency regulation still took effect and everyone should still be wearing masks in public.

The order was stopped but the emergency regulation doing the same thing was not so masks are still a thing.

It didn't stop the regulation only the order and the order still went through. Mandated masks are still required.
