It's all over the local news and nationwide news that a Scott county judge issued the restraining order making the governor's order invalid. Everyone from the courier journal to CNN reported it.

No worries. The judge deemed that the governor does not have the authority to issue such a broad order. He's gonna have to show cause for the emergency, show where the emergency is and prove that the emergency authority in that district has failed. In short he's gonna have to show his work and prove he's not bullshitting

It didn't stop anything. It stopped very specifically the executive order but the emergency regulation still took effect and everyone should still be wearing masks in public.
