Might be. I think I read it in Nausea or some other book that it said: “in order for one to feel mentally better, they need changing and not all the time changes are in our control.” or something like that… here’s my small change. Less internet. Maybe more books and I’ll start exercising. I’ll see how it goes. Appreciate you.

One problem with this approach is that you change many things at once and don't know which to attribute positive change to. When I stopped the internet in the past, I also exercised more and therefore I stopped after a while with the resolve to continue exercising
