Feel like I should take a break from internet

And focus a bit more on my own culture and more real life stuff perhaps. Literally all I’ve been doing for the past ten years were playing western games, watching western movies and reading western books. It’s gone so weird that I no longer think in my own language. Identity suicide lmao.

I know all this is major cope but I’m just trying to be in a better mental space.

Might be. I think I read it in Nausea or some other book that it said: “in order for one to feel mentally better, they need changing and not all the time changes are in our control.” or something like that… here’s my small change. Less internet. Maybe more books and I’ll start exercising. I’ll see how it goes. Appreciate you.

One problem with this approach is that you change many things at once and don't know which to attribute positive change to. When I stopped the internet in the past, I also exercised more and therefore I stopped after a while with the resolve to continue exercising

I wish I had a culture to fall back on. My culture was replaced by self hating cucks who wanted to be brown slaves for the whites. Now all I have is incel culture which I think is far superior anyway.

We’re not that different, my culture’s never really been that pleasant either. Besides from literature and poems, we didn’t really have that much.
