I got meds WITHOUT therapy, I was recommended therapy after I got meds. Psychiatrist even said, that therapy won't work on me if I am not under med influence.

Yes, actual psychiatrist. Therapy is being made by psychotherapeutists (doctors of psychiatry who also do this no scientific bullshit psychology na) or psychologists.
Being prescribed meds has nothing to do with actual listening to platitudes.
