If it requires a brain, then it's affected by genetics, because brains are produced by genes.

LowIQ oversimplification. Brain is developable to a certain degree, as well as muscles are, of course different people will have different cap and different gains, but it's possible to a certain degree. Rocks aren't creative because they aren't conscious, they are fucking unliving things.
