This was announced as a ‘silence procedure,’ meaning that States not responding will be deemed supporters of the text.

Western countries are pushing this scam treaty.

Africa saved us last round, and hopefully they'll again step up to the plate against the cowards of the West.

This time, the resistance is very high.
Most people are still trying to recover from the damage of the previous round, and some will never recover.
And the strong people already know what the plans are.
