We should uphold the gender binary and talk of "men with gender dysphoria" or "women with gender dysphoria".

Some-times we want to talk about both. But the era of chopping down trees to make paper is long past. We can just write "men with gender dysphoria and women with gender dysphoria" and just shrug off the waste of IP packets.

Transexuals in cultures outside the West (like Samoa) don't have "gender dysphoria". That term will soon be discontinued & replaced with a different term with a different definition in 2022 (gender incongruence, marked by a strong desire to be the opposite sex &/or a dislike of one's sex).

I don't think pathologising it is going in the right direction. I think history has shown us that that's the wrong path to go down. Gender clinics are increasing, however there have been some moves to de-pathologising it.
