It will be interesting to see how Reddit handles this. Banning a gay men’s sub will spark huge backlash. Maybe they will see how ridiculous it is to force gays to accept trans people and reconsider their ban of r/truelesbians? Wishful thinking?

r/GenderCriticalGuys was eventually banned. r/detrans got its ban reversed, but the fact that it was banned even temporarily is telling. I check in every once in a while to see if r/TrueGayMen or r/AskGayBros get the axe. It feels like a matter of time.

I'm not hopeful. The more people speak out, the faster the timer reaches zero. I think we'll see another banwave or series of banwaves and possibly moderation changes focusing more on gay male-centric subreddits soon.
