IMO throwing links at eachother isn't useful. The options are to ignore or actually spend time with him studying the subject.
Let's take the "Men are raped at the same rate as women" thing as an example. The article references this: https://www.cdc.gov/violenceprevention/pdf/nisvs_report2010-a.pdf
If you actually look at the CDC study yourself, you'll see how the numbers used in the article were picked and should be able other points that put the articles conclusion into question. Like why are the numbers for lifetime so different. Then while you are looking at all those numbers, I'm sure you can see how all the other numbers tell a very different story.
But that takes time and effort. So is this MRA someone who you are willing to invest time in and is he capable to engange in an actual conversation? Sometimes you can do these things just to educate yourself as well, even if the other party isn't worth it.
