is it controversial to admit a class war is going on? The rich own the media which shapes both sides minds, who fight each other and both aspire to be in something called the middle class, which is a buffer between the rich and poor. Estimates say that about 25% to 66% of Americans are in the middle class, that depends on the model, I'd argue it is about 13% like the Outer Party in 1984.
