How do you manage to misspell "Benton Harbor" and omit mention of Henry's serving horse-burgers?
Do better, Delishably. This is the most disappointing Henry's Hamburger content I've seen in weeks.

Apologies for the misspelling of Benton Harbor, I was unthinkingly using Canadian spelling of harbour. I have corrected this. Thanks for the alert.
As to the horse meat allegation, I can find no credible source for this. There are stories about Wendy's admitting to using horse meat, but these are debunked by Snopes. Can you direct me to a credible source?

Ha, sorry to give you a hard time!
There's no credible source for the claim that Henry's used horse meat. There are definitely sources that describe the rumor to that effect, though, and its impact on the chain. This video is a pretty good example: https://youtu.be/mjCItpt9lFY
I get the impression that Wikipedia used to include mention of the rumor, but at some point it was sanitized. You can still find the relevant text at sites thar mirror or plagiarize Wikipedia, e.g. https://alchetron.com/Henry's-Hamburgers
Going back to that YouTube video, there are mentions in the comments of soybeans and (!) earthworms being used as filler by Henry's.
Bottom line is that there were definitely rumblings about the content of Henry's meat, and they spread like wildfire. Whether these were planted by competitors, grounded in reality, or just some kind of a joke is a question whose answer is likely lost forever, but I tend to subscribe to the theory that "where there's smoke, there's fire."
I vaguely recall someone on a message board even mentioning subtle changes to their advertising (removal of any "all beef" claim) that hinted at the presence of some sort of adulterant. I'll post again if I can find that.

Thanks for the information, but I don't publish "rumours." There is so much misinformation about today that I try not to add to it.

Eh, it's no rumor that the rumor hurt their business. Seems very widespread and documented for something that long ago. There's a right way to report that.
OK, this looks like a pretty good source (some kind of local newspaper): https://www.heraldbulletin.com/opinion/columns/jim-bailey-column-chain-restaurants-come-and-go-in-madison-county-area/article_67435cc2-7e48-57ac-aea6-a0ec50441ed3.html
