But cheese 🧀! Not sure I could do it, I love cheese. Every time I've gone to Asia, after a few days of eating meat, rice and vegetables, I'm practically having cheese withdrawal cravings and start ordering pizza delivery, even though I like asian food

I feel better eating less dairy too, but I can't completely cut it out. Cheese, butter, and a little half-and-half in my coffee (non-dairy creamer just isn't that good) is all the dairy I consume now, bout the best I can do, but I get that it might contribute to systemic inflammation

I love cheese too, that's the hard one. Milk and butter I can do without. I hope it doesn't help, so I can go back to eating cheese in 3 months.

Why do you go to Asia?

It's possible dairy is contributing to systemic inflation. I'm excluding it from my diet for 90 days to see if it helps.

Are you doing an elimination diet? Are you excluding most everything and adding it in one-by-one?

I'm just eliminating dairy once I finish off the stuff the wife won't eat so I don't waste it. I don't have that many categories to eliminate, my diet revolves mainly around meat as is. Grains, and besides that, just alliums comes to mind. The latter if I need to eliminate.... That's going to be highly unpleasant.

My wife did an elimination diet and found that she has a harder time with fructose than sucrose. Probably because it has to go through the liver first.

That's interesting. I think I might have noticed a benefit from not eating my beloved oranges, which sucks, but I didn't know why that would be. Fruit is supposed to be healthy.

She even noticed an issue with honey, but only after a certain amount.
