The whole point is to sanitize the stats. During the new years festivals in Berlin hundreds of north African migrants have torched parts of the city and attacked first responders and police with fire works, rocks and other weapons. Next time these politicians want the news to read that "Germans" did this. This is really it. There is nothing else to it.
