We had a similar thing in the UK last year when they tried to say gay men were under represented in the entertainment industry.

The fact is when the surveys are rolled out people who without obvious characteristics, which you wouldn't know unless you asked, don't feel the declare them unless they have an agenda to push.

Interesting - I hadn't seen this - though for the demographic in Hollywood, the percentage of Jewish Hollywood employees at many levels are possibly majority Jewish, since the 1930s, and especially by the 1970s, and the industry was founded primarily by Jewish producers in the 1920s.
