Isn't oprah the biggest land owner on Maui?

She probably wants to survey the damage so she can set up a plan to swoop in and buy all the distressed land. I wouldn't be surprised if her and her ilk were the ones to start the fire, so she could grab up the land, and they could rebuild Maui in to a 15 minute city like the WEF wants
