Ah, here's another! You guys are like a hivemind! The cats, buddy, you forgot mentioning I have cats. No, I'm not fat and I actually hate cats, but wow. I should make a study on this because you all speak like reading from a script.

Some people see a joke and brush it off as a joke, and then there's you. I bet your a fun person.

Mmh. I think it stopped being a joke the 12th time someone made it here. It then became a case study. You also never learnt spelling in class, by the way, eh? There's me speaking a foreign language to communicate with an idiot, and then there's an idiot who can't spell "you're" in his mother tongue.

Ooo grammatical burn, ouch, I'm so injured by your burn, ermagerd, staaaap.

That wasn't a "burn". Just a statement of fact. Are you quite done? Because I think I am. Keep yapping.

I fail to see what the issue is with people enjoying the aesthetic pleasures of modern traditional sporting dress in women's sports without the requirement of political gesturing, and why you feel the need to attack men for responding quite naturally to those athletes form, which they have clearly worked very hard to achieve. Seriously, it sounds more like jealousy, bitterness and resentment on your part. Frankly, if you are unable to see the lighthearted sentiment of the original post, you need to get out more.

Yeah, you tried, buddy. Also, when I read a statement like "people enjoying the aesthetic pleasures of modern traditional sporting dress in women's sport", I can't help but picture some greasy, sketchy figure saying that.

And if idiots like you knew more about women, they would know why women hate sexualization.

You do realise that not all people think the same way as you? There are a wonderful variety of people out there, some actually appreciate not being thought of as a statistic. You claim to know everything about women but completely fail to acknowledge those women who like to look attractive. What a sad and deluded view of the world.

You call me an idiot for what reason? For jovially commenting that I, as a man, appreciate the female form? Shock, horror, OMFG what an abomination. Your knowledge of men is clearly bias, you perceive men to be naive with a one track mind, obviously neglecting any sense of humour. You couldn't be more wrong about me, but I was right about you, crazy cat lady.

Bold of you to assume I don't like to look attractive.

Again, let me repeat myself: you know shit about women and you know shit about why they complain about objectification.

Allow me to explain. Wanting to look good, even sexy, is a good thing. Being valued only for that and being told that's what matters about you is incredibly annoying. Demeaning. Depressing. It reminds me of when I was a kid and my role models in cartoons where all males, because they got to DO STUFF, while princesses only looked pretty and waited for someone to help them. That's how you get gender dysphoria: "I don't want to be the princess waiting in the castle, I want to be the knight who fights the dragon.... does that mean I'm not ladylike?"

Again, you have no idea what it's like to be a woman. Seeing your entire life that what really matters the most about you is how you look and not what you do can be very disheartening. As if society is trying to make you feel like your only worth is as a piece of meat.

Actually, nevermind. If TRAs are any indication, they think objectification is "sexy". I can agree: it can be sexy..... when you can opt out of it whenever you want.

Who here said anything about only valuing women on their looks? What a bizarre and unprovoked statement. It's incredible that such a hostile response has arisen as a result of a fairly harmless joke about tennis, it really does indicate you have some underlying issues here beyond any person's ability to help you with here. Seek professional help, and avoid men for their safety as you are clearly away with the fairies.
