I'm not a fan of Paltrow, but this sounds like a completely bullshit lawsuit. By all means, ski if you're 72 and able, but know that you are at a much higher risk of injury. Skiing is practically negligent with regard to health and safety and you accept a certain amount of risk. Outside of purposefully trying to hurt someone, you don't get to sue for taking that risk.
