till now, the reason why he is shot is not known...if it had happened in his home country, its a different case. It is not an assumption as many of his friends who are in the US also confirmed it...it is hoped in few hours time, the root of the matter will be known

The 'it' in that sentence refers to the assumption he violated of the "around blacks, never relax" rule. If you're familiar with the shooting, violence, and murder statistic details in the US, odds are that a murder was committed by a black. When you incorporate the circumstances of this particular case - Black rapper who associated with blacks - The odds shoot up into the 90-100% range.

The story is strange in the way that everyone involved in talking about it says nothing about who did it or why, and the same goes for all the sites reporting it. No police report. No news article. Not even saying where it happened.
