They always tell you what they're doing before they do it. They are narcissists who must talk about themselves and what they're working on at all times.

it is not just narcissism. This is spiritual warfare, and the demons involved must obey the rules of free will, or they become open to utter destruction. So they announce everything as a way of gaining consent. Once you notice, remember to state "i do not consent". Sounds dumb, but that's powers and principalities for you.
