How to stop being easily triggered/bothered by men's opinions and not get instantly into defensive mode?

Thank you, I find it's better if I don't engage at all since nothing good ever comes out of it. I'm starting to care less anyways cause Im slowly realizing how pointless it is to dvelve into things like these, saves me more energy and peace

It's keeping that frame of mind that I struggle with, but you might find it easier and hopefully you do. Sometimes it's not pointless to defend points that you care about, but it's more of a learning how to choose which battles you want to go into thing. Good luck with it either way.
