No right wing person says gender dysphoria is not real. That is how they explain trans people. They have a mental illness called gender dysphoria. The left is denying it, because you can't suggest that trans people have a mental illness. They were really born with the wrong body. The brain is fine the body is wrong.

If you think you are Jesus, but you are not Jesus; that is a mental disorder.
If you think you hear voices but no one is talking; that is a mental disorder. If you think your arm or leg does not belong to you; that is a mental disorder. If you think you are a boy but you are a girl; that is somehow not a mental disorder but a physical problem with your body. This is the insanity of the "scientific" community of Reddit.
