Run GNU/Linux in a virtual machine and use TOR to mask your IP. All free.

It's really hard to make and use an account with tor. First off, signing up often gets the endless captcha, and even if you are successful making the account, you end up shadowbanned, and have to file an appeal, then wait and hope.
