Best state probably. Hot is better than cold. And it's not woke.

Lots of states aren't woke, though. I don't like the idea of DeSantis taking away constitutional rights from people in the name of "anti wokeness" though, cause that's generally how corruption and tyranny works. "We're doing this for your own good. We promise it won't work against you someday in the future. Promise!"

DeSantis and politics aside, I think Florida would be fun to live in. Orlando, at least.

I've never lived there, but I travel there at least 5-7 times a year.

Dude Orlando is a tourist trap hell on earth. Why on earth would you want to live in a place like Florida and not be by the water? Orlando isn't Florida, Orlando is Orlando, the rest is Florida. If you're gonna live in Florida, go for a place that has the benefits of Florida, not a place littered with tourists where everything is double price. Living in Florida without sand is just a hot hell.

Too many are woke. Out of the ones that aren't I think also florida is the most powerful so it's why elites lie about it the most

I like to vacation there, and would love to move but I am tied to my job. Also, I think I am too old now. I should have moved after high-school. The best part about warm places is the hedonic pleasures that come with sparse coverings. People have an incentive to stay fit and tan. They are less uptight. But to really enjoy that, and participate to the fullest you have to be young and fit.

Some may say that hedonism is what destroys society, but I think there is a time and place for everything, and the destruction comes from people doing that stuff for too long. You should get it out of your system by 25, then raise a family.

If you don't enjoy dealing with the heat by soaking in a pool then maybe Florida is not for you. But that sounds like a good day to me.

The only thing that worries me is how ghetto parts of Florida have become. Particularly Miami.

ABOUT A DOZEN YEARS AGO, I WAS HOMELESS IN THE TAMPA/STPETES/CLEARWATER AREA FOR ABOUT A MONTH AND I CAN TELL YOU SOMETHING THAT NOT MANY OF YOU KNOW ABOUT...

IT IS PRETTY MUCH ILLEGAL TO BE HOMELESS IN THAT AREA... IF YOU SLEEP, YOU HAD BETTER HIDE, BECAUSE IF THEY SEE YOU SLEEPING YOU WILL GO TO JAIL... DO NOT JUST SIT AT A BUS STOP AND NOT TAKE THE BUS, BECAUSE YOU WILL GO TO JAIL.

ASK AROUND.

Yeah, I would not do it that way anyway. It is incredibly narcissistic for people to think they have a right to be such a burden and eyesore to the whole area. Vagrancy is not a victimless crime, it destroys the local area. Especially when paired with public drug use. Get a camper, or a van.

Yeah, everyone says Miami has become a hellhole, and not because of the "Hispanics" problem some people like to use as a scapegoat. People there say Miami is basically the most liberal/woke part of Florida. I've only been to Miami once and don't remember any of it to make a judgment, but most Floridans seem to hate Miami now.
