Realistically, how do you solve the low birth rate problem among white in comparison to Hispanic white, black and Asians

You make them poorer.

It's not a "racial" issue. Rich people focus on making money and enjoying themelves. Poor people focus on having a bunch of kids and then working their fingers to the bone just to support them.

Therefore, poor people always replace rich people. The opening scene of the movie Idiocracy was a fun little illustration of this.

Responsibility is often a learned behavior and allowing yourself to pop out a bunch of children when you can barely afford your own life is part of that. Also, immigrants tend to culturally have more kids because the mortality rate in their home countries is much higher than civilized, industrial nations.

The rich simply have a different understanding of "responsibility."

I saw it every single day on back on Reddit. These were the kids of the professional class - the "rich" by international standards. And their life plan was always something like: I'm gonna live with my mom until I get my Master's Degree at age 27, and then I'm going to buy a house, and by the time I'm 29 I'll be ready to meet a wife, and then I want to enjoy myself and build my career a little, and then kids at 34.

I guess that's "responsible" in that it's the path least likely to include a portion of your life where you live in a car. But it's irresponsible if you think that reproduction is important and kind of, you know, one of the main purposes of life. These Redditors will probably end up having an average of around 0.4 kids, since life plans rarely go exactly as planned.

    I'm pretty sure the figures you're looking at are including immigration. There are far more Hispanics and Asians immigrating to the United States than there are black people from other countries.
