It's just not sensible that some people have so much mucus they can't exercise. What if you were being chased by a lion?

Most likely there is a food you are reacting to. Maybe try cutting out all dairy except for live yoghurt for a month and then slowly introducing it back in. You can do the same with wheat.

Try and reduce stress as likely you are having an auto immune issue and stress will make it worse.

Also make sure you don't have any mold or damp where you live.

Lastly a supplement like quercetin can help cut the mucus.

I have sensitivities w fructose and lactose I just take enzymes so my stomach won't be upset. I also have no reaction to gluten tho 🤔. Also, mold does trigger my allergies/sinuses, so I'll make sure there's no mold anywhere. I haven't been as stressed out , but I've been more apathetic lately tbh. I'll also will try quercetin when I have bad mucus thank you for the suggestion.
